Rooted in industrial design,
exploring the connections between objects, furniture and space.
Some projects remain layout placeholders, not the designer’s actual work. These are labelled on their cards.
A view into ongoing commissions and personal studies: what is developing, what has been tested, and what comes next.
A working rhythm: weekly notes, a review every two weeks, and a final chapter when each project is ready.
Industrial designer based in Australia
Across different scales,
the same curiosity.
ABOUT ME
I’m Kevin (Hanbin) Liang, an industrial designer based in Australia. My work moves between products, furniture and spatial experiences, guided by a curiosity about how people use objects and inhabit spaces.
I enjoy translating complex requirements into practical solutions and communicating ideas visually. My process brings together user research, concept development, technical drawing, digital modelling and physical prototyping, using each to question and refine the next.
Alongside my physical design practice, I’m developing my skills in interaction design, UI and digital prototyping. I’m seeking opportunities in digital product design where I can bring this foundation in research, making and problem-solving into new experiences.
